Job Description:

  • Support the Business Units on behalf of Business Planning. Work directly with Program and Sales Teams to align orders and opportunities with revenue goals within Oracle ERP system and CRM.

  • Assist in managing the Product and ancillary demands, ensuring customer and sales objectives are achieved. Work closely with the procurement team on prioritization.

  • Provide analytical support to department with regards to orders, sales and inventory as well as CRM data as it relates to product, inventory and sales forecasting.

  • Work within CRM environment to pull product detail data pull & analysis to incorporate into product forecast

  • Assist in preparation of S&OP data and presentation materials. Perform complicated analysis in support of S&OP decisions and meeting preparation (ie. what-if / scenario analysis)

  • Assist in standardizing and documenting department processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years releevant experience; or Graduate degrea and a minimum of 4 years prior related experience.

  • Harris experience/knowledge, in Operations and/or Finance a plus.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in MRP/ERP systems. Oracle database, EIS Reporting & MRP a plus.

  • Able to work within a CRM environment.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Program Management, Sales & Contracts

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills a must; especially Excel & Power Point.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience  

  • Proficient in Harris Part Numbers & Product Catalog. Able to work within Agile environment.
