Manage, mentor and lead the DoD Order Management team
Routinely review, improve and update processes within Order Management
Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation
Represent both Quoting and Order Entry processes to internal and external audit
Support multiple HBX projects within the business unit
Create various reports and lead weekly meetings to support the business
Responsible for testing and validation of any changes within Oracle, Order Management and CRM, quoting and opportunities
Responsible for training new team members
Team member for Dealer of Record (DOR) Program
Continually work with internal departments on issues, changes and solutions affecting team’s processes, including but not limited to Program Management, Business Planning, Contracts, Cost Accounting and Shipping
Support QTC Prioritization with IT for enhancements and tracking defects in Oracle
Continually audit and monitor accuracy in execution of quotes and orders
Handle all escalated issues from the DoD Order Management (OM) team, including customer-based, system, contract, quoting, etc.
Attend weekly revenue meetings and daily shipment meetings to understand, mitigate and inform of any revenue risk
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 9 years related Order Management, Inside Sales or Finance experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related Order Management, Inside Sales or Finance experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
Ability to multi-task
Ability to support large projects while still providing guidance and availability to Order Management team
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business planning system experience
