Job Description:

  • Manage, mentor and lead the DoD Order Management team

  • Routinely review, improve and update processes within Order Management

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation

  • Represent both Quoting and Order Entry processes to internal and external audit

  • Support multiple HBX projects within the business unit

  • Create various reports and lead weekly meetings to support the business

  • Responsible for testing and validation of any changes within Oracle, Order Management and CRM, quoting and opportunities

  • Responsible for training new team members

  • Team member for Dealer of Record (DOR) Program

  • Continually work with internal departments on issues, changes and solutions affecting team’s processes, including but not limited to Program Management, Business Planning, Contracts, Cost Accounting and Shipping

  • Support QTC Prioritization with IT for enhancements and tracking defects in Oracle

  • Continually audit and monitor accuracy in execution of quotes and orders

  • Handle all escalated issues from the DoD Order Management (OM) team, including customer-based, system, contract, quoting, etc.

  • Attend weekly revenue meetings and daily shipment meetings to understand, mitigate and inform of any revenue risk

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 9 years related Order Management, Inside Sales or Finance experience

  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related Order Management, Inside Sales or Finance experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to support large projects while still providing guidance and availability to Order Management team

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business planning system experience
