Job Description:

Candidates must be capable of following an engineered assembly process and maintaining consistent quality and productivity levels. Current IPC J-STD-001 certification is required and candidates must be able to perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies.

Essential Functions:

  • In this role, individuals may be responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies, or end products.

  • This may include work station set-up, tool validation and verification of completed work.

  • Must be able to work in a flexible team oriented environment. Opportunities are available in various focus factories, Stock Room, Shipping and Product Service.

    Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ageis/Fusion knowledge a plus

  • Unicam knowledge a plus

  • Regularly demonstrates a positive attitude.

  • Strong Customer focus.

  • Exhibits strong teamwork and collaboration.

  • Capable of identifying problems and contributing to process improvements.

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $35,780- $66,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
