Job Title: Subcontracts (New Grad- Melbourne, FL)

Job Location: Melbourne, FL

Job Description:

• Collaborate with internal Customers (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) to accurately report out savings to upper management

• Actively participate in Lean events, support the collection and analysis of data in order to drive the right root cause and corrective actions

• Support the creation of standard work within the orgainzation and use the 8 wastes concepts to identify the MUDA

• Analyze efficiency performance for factory and collaborate with Operations to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas

• Support the creation of a technical training program by working cross functionally with internal and external suppliers/customers to deliver a quality program that will benefit L3Harris

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences, Finance or related field

  Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Six Sigma and/or LEAN tools and methods a plus, but not required
