Job Description:

The Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations is the leadership steward for all elements of professional recruiting processes and responsible for the execution of operational priorities that shape enterprise-wide talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business planning. The primary responsibility will be to serve as the TA Operations leader for end-to-end recruiting processes across the organization and enhance/establish processes and programs that positively strengthen the organization’s capabilities in attracting, assessing and selecting the best talent. In this role, you will effectively partner with Segment Talent Acquisition recruiting teams, Human Resources and Corporate (CHQ) HRIS to advance Talent Acquisition processes, enhance system capability and ensure a world class candidate experience.

This role (in close collaboration with HRIS) manages the applicant tracking system (ATS) applicant workflow components (from a process and best practices standpoint) including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, req close out, background check screening, processes affiliated with onboarding and the offer process, employment policies and procedures, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative functional expertise across multiple talent acquisition domain areas to include: best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technology, and industry benchmarks

  • Create and deploy tools through automation and software to create best in class talent attraction, application and onboarding, internal offer process

  • Maintain alignment and consistency of companywide talent acquisition and onboarding policy, practices, and procedures.

  • Develop and implement and deploy to Segment TA innovative recruiting processes and techniques, determine effectiveness and efficiency of efforts, and track success

  • Engage closely with the HRIS team to maintain strong relationships between technology and recruiting to ensure best practices and transparency throughout the organization; Continuously ensures a seamless recruitment process and configuration within ATS

  • Lead a team accountable for key enterprise metrics related to efficiency and cost effectiveness as it relates to sourcing, hiring, and onboarding

  • Manage recruitment reporting process; compile recruiting metrics, interpret data trends, areas of strength, and areas of opportunities

  • Ensure strong, collaborative relationship between the CHQ operations team and Segment recruiters and recruiting leaders

  • Discover trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices and technology

  • Oversee enterprise recruitment marketing, CHQ TA Operations vendor relationships, ROI, business line sourcing strategies and media campaigns for targeted recruiting

  • Collaborate with Segment Talent Acquisition teams regarding executing on recruitment marketing and branding efforts

  • Provide leadership for the contingent labor program across the enterprise (e.g. escalations)

  • Design processes, communications and systems that enhance the candidate experience

  • Create a best in class talent acquisition team by providing ongoing development, mentoring, and learning experiences

  • Collaborate with the Business Conduct function to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations including managing affirmative action plans, OFCCP audits and responses.

  • Own programs and execute against varied project-based initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior human resources and/or talent acquisition experience or graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior human resources and/or talent acquisition experience is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading or supervising others
