The Compensation and Global Mobility Analyst assists with the development, communication, implementation and on-going administration of Compensation and Global Mobility programs, policies and procedures. The Compensation and Global Mobility Analyst will have a unique opportunity to get hands on experience in all aspects of both Executive and Non-Executive Compensation as well as domestic relocations and international assignments.
Participate in compensation surveys and prepare competitive benchmarking analyses including market pricing all forms of compensation (base salary and incentives).
Partner with HR Business partners, Talent Acquisition and other HR team members to provide compensation and consulting services.
Manage Harris’ Employee Rewards and Recognition program.
Oversee the development and documentation of compensation procedures and practices.
Ensure compliance with all laws governing compensation practices.
Provide guidance and analytical support on OFCCP or other audits.
Prepare materials for the Management Development & Compensation Committee (MDCC) and Board of Director meetings.
Support the preparation of Proxy materials including the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) and Summary Compensation Table.
Support the annual executive and non-executive compensation planning processes.
Support Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) and integration activities.
Maintain communication and training programs aimed to educate employees on our compensation programs.
Manage the process to request, issue, track and report equity awards.
Manage vendor partners, including day-to-day vendor questions, addressing exception requests and escalations, and conducting quarterly business reviews ensuring high performance globally according to key performance indicators.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, Tax and Finance to deliver global mobility policies, programs and services.
Support policy & process improvement efforts to support the company’s organizational goals, with a focus on streamlining activities, reducing cost, as well as improving the employee experience and quality of service.
Support various tax related activities such as year-end compensation collection, tax equalization counseling, and relocation related tax guidance.
Prepare quarterly metric reports on program volume and spend.
Keep abreast of market trends and business challenges, benchmark with industry peers and gather market data to ensure mobility programs are aligned with changes in market, business and/or regulatory conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or relevant field of study.
4 years of compensation, global mobility, HR analytics or relevant experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with stock plan administration preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the Company.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy while maintaining broader view. Able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
Ability to work with tight deadlines, multi-task and adapt to change priorities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certifications a plus.
